Port Moresby, National Capital District – 24 June 2025-The National Capital District Provincial Health Authority (NCDPHA) wishes to inform the public that no referral fees are charged at any of its clinics across the city.
This clarification follows recent comments posted on Facebook by Professor Glen Mola, alleging that Pari Clinic charges between K10–K20 for patient referrals. In response, the NCDPHA Senior Executive Management convened an emergency meeting with all 12 clinic managers under its administration.
Following an internal investigation, the Management confirms that the staff member referred in the Facebook post is not a current employee of NCDPHA. Furthermore, it has been verified that Pari Clinic and all other NCDPHA-run clinics do not charge any referral fees.
The CEO of NCDPHA, Dr. Robin Oge, together with the Board and Senior Management team reassure the public that no referral fees are charge at all clinics under NCDPHA’s management.
NCDPHA remains steadfast in its commitment to delivering accessible, efficient, and quality health services to the residents of the National Capital District and the Motu Koita communities.
